Between giants
Morning drive between two alpine mountain ranges, on the way visiting a world-known skiing and ski-jumping centre. Journey over a mountain pass through Julian Alps to the Soča river valley. The river’s colour is a symbol of revival and new life. Lunch in a local restaurant.

DAY 2
The emerald river valley
A perfect start for lovers of amazing views and adrenaline. Go for the optional hike, zip-line or raft in the stunning area around Bovec. Enjoy the fresh air and the incredible views of the venue of Walt Disney Narnia III movie shooting. The valley looks like a fairytale.

History and nature
Drive to Kobarid and visit the WW1 museum, the battles that Ernest Hemingway talks about in his book ‘Farewell to Arms’.vContinue along the turquoise river and end up at beautiful Brda hills - ‘Slovenian Tuscany’.

God’s drink
Wake-up with a mesmerising view of Slovenian ‘Tuscany’, full of hilltop medieval villages, surrounded by vineyards. Take a hike and stroll through Šmartno village. Afternoon wine-tasting and a local dinner.
