Tour Participant Agreement

The following contract details the agreement between Inspiration d.o.o., address: Postojnska 6a, Ljubljana, Slovenia, tax id 80003516, bank account: SI56 6100 0002 5683 328, BIC: HDELSI22XXX (d.b.a. “Slovenia Getaway”, “Spirit Voyager”) [‘Organiser’]  and you with respect to your travel with us. Please read this document carefully as the deposit(s) and payment(s) for your trip constitute consent to all conditions and provisions included.

Tour Cost and Inclusions

Full price of the tour per person in double occupancy is 3750 usd (three thousand seven hundred fifty US dollars) [‘Tour Price’]. Single occupancy supplement cost per person is 640 usd (six hundred forty US dollars). Early booking discount and group discount are available (see below).

All tour costs are based upon the specified services in as per the ‘Inclusions’ section of the itinerary [‘Itinerary’]. You can find the Itinerary here. Tour costs generally include accommodations; private sightseeing with local, English-speaking guides and/or drivers as specified in the itinerary; admission fees (unless otherwise specified); meals as indicated in Itinerary; accommodation taxes and service charges; regional surface transportation; airport transfers as specified; government fees and local handling charges; the full service of Organiser before, during and after your trip; pre-trip travel documents. Itemized cost breakdowns are not available. Please refer to the ‘Inclusions’ section of the Itinerary for detailed information regarding which services are included in your tour cost. All tour costs are in US dollars.

Quoted tour prices include extensive personalized planning and operations, and are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes as of the date of issuance of your Itinerary. Prices are valid for the travel dates specified in your Itinerary. Organiser reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Prices are based on the number of travelers in your party; additions to or withdrawals from the group may alter the price for each participant.

Items not included

Unless otherwise specified in your detailed itinerary, international flights, airport taxes, gratuities, laundry, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, optional tours, customised tour extensions or not specified in the itinerary, items of personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included, are not included.

Reservations, Deposits, Discounts and Payments

• Reservations may be made through Organiser by means of a down payment of 500 usd (five hundred US dollars) per person until March 1st 2022.

• An early booking discount of 300 usd (three hundred US dollars) will be honored for reservations received by March 1st 2022. 

• Full payment Tour Price is due from March 2nd and not later than April 15th 2022.

• If you do not pay the tour price in full until April 15th, we will consider that you have decided to cancel your reservation. Your payment(s) will be refunded and cancellation fees (as described below) will be applied.

• A group discount of 50 usd is awarded to the group leader for groups of 4 people or more.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via an email to the  Organizer’s email address: info@sloveniagetaway.com. Your cancellation date will be the date we receive your notice. No verbal refund requests will be honoured. Refunds of payment will be honoured as follows:

• 95% refund (5% cancellation fee) for cancellation dates up to March 1st, 2022

• 90% refund (10% cancellation fee) for cancellation dates from March 2nd, 2022 to April 1st, 2022

• 70% refund (30% cancellation fee) for cancellation dates from April 2nd, 2022 to May 17th, 2022

• no refund (100% cancellation fee) for cancellation dates May 18th, 2022 or later

No refunds will be made after commencement of the tour, whether for early termination, voluntary absence from the tour or for any unused services. Specific events or activities on the Tour may be subject to delays, cancellations or rescheduling. There will be no refunds for unused or cancelled portions of activities, but every effort will be made by the Organiser to reschedule or substitute other activities.

Your decision not to travel due to State Department warnings, fear of travel, illness or any other reason, will be deemed a cancellation. If a flight or other delay for any reason causes you to miss services, no refunds will be given. A change of trip date or change of travel destination(s) will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply, unless agreed otherwise (e.g. an alternative date is offered by the Organizer). Comprehensive travel insurance (including trip delay, trip cancellation, trip interruption, and baggage) and health, accident and medical evacuation insurance are strongly recommended.

Passenger health and safety

Organiser can accept no responsibility or liability for passenger health or safety. All travelers should be prepared for unexpected changes in the itinerary, and should arrive with a flexible attitude towards their visit and with the understanding that it is impossible to control, foresee or guarantee all aspects of the tour.

Physical requirements

Not available for travellers using wheelchairs, scooters, walkers or crutches. You must be able to walk 3 miles on uneven terrain unassisted and participate in 6 - 8 hours of activities each day, including stairs, uneven walking surfaces, unpaved paths, hills and cobblestone.

Disputes and liability

You agree to present any claims against us within 30 days after the tour ends, and to file any suit within one year of the incident, and you acknowledge that these expenses limit the applicable statute of limitation to one year. Organiser maximum liability, for any reason whatsoever, will be limited to the amount paid to Organiser for its services. All disputes will be governed by Slovenia’s law and subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts located in Ljubljana.

Organiser nor any of their affiliates or agents shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, touring or other services provided resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, acts of nature, animals, cirminal acts, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, loss of damage to baggage, illness, allergic reactions, disease, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, financial defaults of service providers, delays or cancellations or changes in Itinerary or schedules, or from any other causes beyond the control of Organiser including, without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract by any independent third party who is to or does supply any goods or services from your trip, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents, and that neither Organiser nor any of their agents shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by you as a result of any of the foregoing causes. The services provided by our suppliers are subject to the laws of the place where the services are provided and any conditions imposed by those suppliers. The liability of the suppliers may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers, and international conventions and agreements.
